Ua Fossil Creek Stadium 11

I take my girls out for a movie. I get to the front counter and ask for tickets while showing my military i.d. The gentleman at the counter charges me $35.50 for tickets. After checking the receipt I realize the theatre gave me a discount but none for my children's tickets (got charged adult ticket prices for all). After approaching the manager and the same cashier, they say I needed to tell them about the kids (thought it was obvious since they were next to me). My initial fee was $7.00 dollars for my ticket and the girls were rang at $9.50 (adult price). After "fixing" the problem, ALL the tickets were rang at $8.50 (student price) with a refund after a long debate of $1.50 TOTAL. The manager stated I would have had a bigger discount the way it was. Hello!...do the math! I had never taken my girls to the theatre there outside of twilite times. I felt this was the worst customer service experience I've had in a while and will certainly avoid taking the kids in to this theatre if I can help it. more

This is by far the nicest movie theater in the area. Very clean, plenty of parking, and well lit for when you get out of that late night flick. The best part for me is the stadium seating (I can actually see over people's heads) and every seat in the house is actually a good seat. Try to get there for matinees on the weekend- the nights get crazy! more
