To meet your health care needs at home, UW Health has four programs that work together to provide you with home support. Services include regular visits from licensed nurses and therapists, expertise from registered dietitians and respiratory therapists, nutrition support, intravenous therapy and medical equipment. Our goal is to make the health care that you receive at home be as convenient and comfortable as possible.

Most private insurance plans, Medicaid, Medicare or other funding sources provide full or partial coverage for many of the services and products that we offer. We will work with you and your family to make sure that you receive available benefits and that you understand any charges that you may responsible for.
