horrible! The worst of all. Quote price not honor, can't get a hold of customer service. Worst of all, they don't have roadside assistance. If your car breakdown on the road, you are on your own. After 20 mins trying to call customer service, they give me the phone number of roadside assistance company, then I call that phone number, they said the contract they have with Usave is expired long time ago. So, guess what? you are on your own. more

do not rent from this company. It was an awful experience in every way. Customer service seriously lacking. They were not kind; they hung up on me when I called to get instructions. more

This was the worst rental experience we have ever had. Their rental office was not located at the airport as previously stated, but a shuttle ride away (shuttle never showed up, so we had to rent a cab). We arrived at the office to find several other disgruntled people waiting for cars they had rented, but were not there. The rental agency claimed that the cars had not been returned when expected. However, there were five groups ahead of us without cars and one group arrived after us, which means that seven people did not return their cars and that is just too hard to believe. They had absolutely NO VEHICLES for any of the people waiting and they had no back up plan (ie borrow cars from another USave). In the end, we rented a vehicle from Ace rental, which happened to be across the street, but it cost us twice what our rental was supposed to cost and it was not the vehicle we would have chosen. These people were unprofessional and unreliable. more

We had a good experience renting there. We did not have a reservation figuring we would just grab a car when we got to Tampa. Well, the companies at the airport were really high so we used the phone at the airport and wound up renting from u-save. never heard of them before. they gave us a free upgrade and were really friendly. Pros: great friendly staff, gave us a bag of chips! Cons: nothing more

I had never heard of this company before but the price was right for a minivan on our recent trip so I thought we would try them. The shuttle ride was very short, they provided a very detailed direction sheet on how to get back to their location. They dropped us off in front the where the skycaps were which was nice. We were given complimentary bottles of water and they even gave our daughter a juice box. The car was great. I will definately try them again if we go back to Tampa Pros: great price, superb service Cons: you have to take a shuttle but at the aiport, you have to wait in line and go in the parking garage anyway more
