My home was damaged in the eastside tornado in 2008. I had my insurance adjuster come out to evaluate the damage. When he went over the report with us, I challenged what he had estimated and had requested a new adjuster. Because their were so many claims at the time I was stuck with the original adjuster. The insurance company agreed to have him meet with Tammy, the owner, and re-adjust the damage. She was able to have him inspect the roof and chimney first hand, he had not gone up on the roof originally. I also had damage to the side of my house and water damage to a portion of ceiling. Again he had not inspected the attic or the interior walls that had been damaged and Tammy had him climbing through the attic the entire length of the house. When she was finished we had a thorough estimate of the damage and agreeable coverage for her services. Thank you to Tammy and her team you go above and beyond what I could have hoped for!!! more

Our roof was damaged during the 2008 tornado. Our insurance adjuster was looking to do a partial repair on the roof, but Tammy went out of her way to show him where the damage was, and got us a full replacement. Speaking of replacement--they arrived when I left for work. When I came home, the roof was finished and the dumpster was in the driveway. I went inside, and when I went out ten minutes later, the dumpster was gone! more
