I needed someone to come out and fix my garage door because my HOA was threatening to fine me if it wasn't taken care of within 2 weeks time. I'm employed full time and a full time student with very limited time and income after calling around a few places I decided to go with John at this company. he gave me the best price and was able to show up and start the very next day. He arrived on time, started work immediately and when the parts that he needed were going to be delayed from the manufacturer he managed to make a quick business decision and take care of the situation and we ended up with a win, win situation. I had one of the torsion springs for my garage door broke with both vehicles trapped inside the garage. Of course, this happened at 8pm. I went ahead and called that evening. I spoke to a live person and scheduled an appointment for the following morning. I also asked the company to please try to come out as early as possible. I received a call at 7:30am stating that the technician was on the way. He arrived by 8 and immediately got to work. He lifted the door to allow my husband to get to work on time and proceeded to examine the situation. He came in and explained everything to me. Once I gave him the go-ahead, he worked quickly and efficiently, but also thoroughly. To my surprise, the technician was done before 9am! I was very pleased with the service from start to finish. I will continue to use this company Door for any future needs as well as recommend you to everyone I know. My appreciation may be greater as I had a poor experience last year with a different garage door company regarding work at a rental unit I own.
