This company can be only one of two things. Either they're reliable and proficient (thus good) or unreliable and incompetent (thus bad). Big time is the former (thus good), plus a little bit... It was 3am in the morning and we managed to exterminate the bedbugs and the landlord was out of town. Anyhow, I called up a few pest controls, and they weren't able to send anyone out at the moment, at least he answered. All the other pest controls in town went straight to voicemail. Big points for that. Once I called this company, the technician got there within 20 mins, he was super friendly, fast, and didn't try to up-sell us ("Don't you want to spray for all pests?") This Pest Control company in Chicago gets high marks, and you should definitely give them a try the next time you *oops* have bedbugs in your apt more
