Most of the staff at this post office are very disrespectful and act as if they were paying you to ship the packages for them. I called asking for the status of a package and the person on the phone was very rude. They repeatedly cut me off while trying to explain my situation, and after I told her she was being unprofessional and wanted to speak with a manager she said in a very ghetto and arrogant tone of voice ""Look I have lots of people waiting so I don't have time for this, so just give me the tracking number."" I once again tried to explain to her that I was not trying to locate the package but she quickly told me to wait and placed me on hold and never picked up.
Another day I brought in a package for shipping and the lady at the counter was the most obnoxious person I have ever met. She was talking to one of her co workers about non work related matters and every time I asked a question she would put on a disgusted face and roll her eyes before answering with an attitude. The boiling point for me was when I asked WHERE I should attach the label she responded in the most utterly disrespectful way ""ugh, don't you know how to attach a label? Here I will show you."" then proceeded to mockingly show me how to attach a label as if I was mentally retarded. At which point I grabbed the box and said ""You know what? F*** you, I will use UPS from now on"".
