Good store, good plans, good service 10/11/2006

I also got my new phones from this store. I found the people helpful in discussing the various plans and my options for new phones. They were able to transfer the saved data from our previous cell phones and get us good to go in a matter of minutes. As for the phones themselves, sound quality is great and reception within the Chicago metor area usually works very, very well. I can recommend US Cellular as a good service and this store as well. more

US Cellular has really good in store service. They do as much as they can to help you out. Plus, they have many people working so you don't have to wait too long. They have all the solutions to your problems and if they don't then they make sure to help you as much as they can. Plus, they don't attach any service charges to your bill if you come in the store for help. more

good service 4/28/2006

This is where I originally signed my US cellular contract and got my phones. The people here are really nice and they gave me a great plan. They showed me a bunch of different plans and they were great about pointing out which ones would be most beneficial to me. I later had to go back to get one of our phones repaired and the people were great here about writing up the report and getting my phone fixed. I was pleased with their service and I would prefer to go here for any issues/questions/problems with my service. more
