Worst business ever -- management staff couldn't manage a girl scout bake sale !! You go in, looking for new service. The ""salesman"" was leaned up on the counter -- texting !! Couldn't be bothered !! I looked for a few minutes, then started to leave, when a nice lady came from the back, and ask to help me. I passed and started to leave, when a man about my age came in with his wife. Mr. Text ran to open the door, introduced himself, and ask what he could do to help !! Guess riding a $20k bike makes me a deadbeat !! Called to talk to the store or sales manager, but it's IMPOSSIBLE since they are NEVER, EVER at the store !! NEVER !! 3 phone calls, NEVER THERE !!! WOW -- must be nice to get a paycheck you never show up for !! But -- I bet their location would run better if they were there !! E-mailing U.S.Cellular is a waste of time !! 3-5 weeks for a reply ?? Where's that AWARD WINNING CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE ?? WOW !! Great place to do business !! The management staff at this location is the biggest joke EVER !! more

Excellent service and products! 11/3/2005

This is one of the best cellular phone companies in Knoxville. They are much more helpful than some of their competition. They will actually take the time to explain some of the pros and cons of each phone and help you decide which plan is right for you. I would definitely recommend US Cellular. more
