finally I can go to another carrier 7/12/2017

I haven't liked US Cellular since I signed the contract. I got my contract at Walmart. Soon after they stopped handling US Cellular. US Cellular wouldn't help me either since I bought the contract through Walmart. How is that? I was still a US Cellular customer, they sure didn't mind taking my money though. Expensive plans. Never again. And as soon as I got out of my home area, I only got 3G service, even in big cities!!!!! more

i do not like us cellular and as soon as my contract is up i will be switching to a new company. they charge you extra for every little thing possible. their customer service is terrible. they lost my phone and finally 9 months later told me. and then all they would do is give me a used lender phone. more
