To the idiots claiming to have purchased junk parts: You're at a scrap yard. If you can't tell the difference between a salvageable part and junk then it's your own fault. I've been there at least a half dozen times and never had an issue with the items I purchased. Great service, awesome selection! more

Not bad for prices on parts if they haven't been taken or beat to death yet, but I've found their computerized inventory system to be a complete waste. Best just looking for the vehicle out in the yard yourself in the sections noted in relation to your vehicle...that is if they have even something close to what their ""system"" says they have. Sometimes they'll say they have a couple Windstar vans, you get out there and it's nothing but a bunch of Mercury Grand Marquis. more

i got ripped off 4/2/2012

i bought a motor from them and they wont give my money back, the motor is junk, they want to give just credit, to get another junk motor, it has already cost me close to 1,000 dollors for junk from them, the 31 day warenty is bullcrap, if they wont let you bring it back for a refund then they should let you to be able to hear it run before you buy it or give your money back like most other junk yards will. YOU SHOULD NEVER BUY FROM HERE. THEY WANT A RATING BUT THEY DONT HAVE NEG. STARS more

the other 2 people talkin crap about pull and pay are morons i live down the street and i happen to be a mechanic, i prolly go to pull and pay once a week and yes they dont have the parts i need every time but they do more times than not and they are CHEAP. i needed a mirror for a caravan that pull and pay wanted 15.99 for but they didnt have one at this time so i called CARTHAGE AUTO PARTS (which are a joke) and they told me $75.00 for a used mirror i can buy one new for $40, anyway pull and pay is by far the best place to go for used parts period. more

U pull and pay is a joke, Most of the cars there might as well be sent to the crusher they hardly got anything left on them to salvage. I would strongly consider going else where for your parts in the greater Cincy area. U pull and Pay has Rude workers and not many parts left!! more

Don't waste your time! 4/9/2010

This place calls itself a salvage parts business but there is nothing to salvage. What cars are available they should have been sent to the crusher a long time ago. This is NOT a salvage yard. It is a crappy old time JUNK YARD in every sense of the word!. Don't waste your time or the $2.00 they charge for admission! Look elsewhere!!! Pros: Such a small selection you can get out as soon as possible. Cons: Available cars are pretty much stripped bare. more
