They packed my boxes terrible and my stuff was broke at the other end. The staff were rude when I complained. Afterwards, I compared their price to a nearby store, who were the same price for UPS, but a lot cheaper for the same service with Fedex. I wont be using the UPS store again more

Shipping & mail convenience and a friendly staff 10/5/2005

This little store provides a respectable array of services at a fair price and with good support service. I have used their packaging and shipping services for over two years; even before UPS bought the store. I also have a post office box at the location. Last summer I was away for almost a month and had my mail forwarded to another location. There were no glitches. While their shipping costs can be higher than some other options, in general I can recommend this business for your shipping and mail needs when packaging and delivery really matters. more
