UPS Store

I enjoy working with the team at store 2105. They are excellent at customer service over the phone and in the store. They are knowledgeable in all aspects of printing and shipping. Friendly, fun, and helpful in saving money whenever possible. My faorite is Jamie -- even though he is a trickster! :-) more

I have used these guys for shipping, printing, and copying. They go out of their way to make sure your happpy. I was in a pinch and needed 45 copies of a presentation I was making and they BEAT my deadline! I highly recommend them! more

This is my first time writing one of there, but I feel that the one review on here does such a disservice to this store. I have had nothing but excellent service! I currently rent a mail box there and frequently utilize their printing services for business flyers and booklets for meetings. I do a fair amount of shipping as well. I have found that when shipping fragile items it is wonderful to have people that are experts in packing those items. They take care of it all for me now. The one time I packed fragile glass items myself they did break in shipping. I have never had that issue since this store has been taking care of it! I'm not sure what happened between the other reviewer and the owner, but I have always found the owner to be very honest, fair, and helpful. Being a regular customer there has become very comfortable and the employees greet me by name. I chose to write this review because I realized how many people I send their way. And I love to support locally owned businesses. more

The owner is a loser and a liar. He sold me a bogus shipping container which resulted in serious damage to my property. Did he pay for the damages? No; he didn't even submit a claim. After winning a court judgment against him he still hasn't paid me and it has been over a year (check the county court record)! Beware of this shyster trying to damage your property just to try to take it back in court citing a generic tariff rule. If he wants to know what you are shipping DON'T TELL HIM!\r \r He disregards the court system by going rogue and pocketing the claim money. His behavior is criminal; don't trust him with a piece of paper. This ""business"" is deplorable. If this store is so 'helpful' then why does it function under an umbrella of lawlessness? \r more
