They made a mistake by shipping two items (ebay purchases) to the wrong people. They were quick to address and respond to the problem, and the staff there is very helpful and friendly (Angel and Valerie are great), but Judy Longbottom (owner) refused to refund any of the $66 I spent on this service, despite hours of effort I put in myself to correct the problem plus the stress and anxiety I went through, which is precisely what I was trying to avoid all together by using their pack & ship service. Instead of a refund, she offered me a $20 in store credit, which I find insulting and a transparent effort to get me to return to spend more money.
