The forwarding service is beyond incompetent. They are supposed to send me mail once a week, but it regularly takes longer. At least once (that I know of) they have returned mail to sender claiming ""adressee unknown"". This week I got a forwarded mailing from them with two pieces: a enveloped posted Sept. 10 (it's now the middle of december) and an envelope addressed to somebody else! So I'm looking for another forwarding service now. more

Lost package 11/2/2008

They lost my package that was over nighted. They did find it two weeks ago, however the package was lost almost a year ago. Pros: Lost package Cons: package lost more
