UPS Store

I first stumbled upon, and when I say stumbled upon I mean stumbled upon, ths UPS store a few months ago. I was in the center and just happened to be passing by the store when their advertisements for on-site notaries caught my eye. I had some documents that needed to be notarized so I stopped in real quick and asked if I could make an appointment. After an extremely friendly greeting I was informed that no appointment was necessary because they have 7 notaries and as long as the store is open there is a notary there on site to accomodate my needs. I came back the next day to have my documents notarized and i was in the store for no more than 10 minutes. While most of their employees looked rather young, they knew exactly what they were doing, carried a very professional demeanor, and got me out of the store in a timely manner and with a satisfied feeling. more

I am so glad I found out about this UPS Store. I used to use a different Mail shop up the street until I found out they charge more for all their shipping services(50% more!) The staff is very friendly but also very efficient. I decided to send my old bike to my nephew in Texas. They packed and shipped the bike and it arrived safely and on time. I'm very happy I decided to give this place a try. I highly recommend using this store for everything from shipping to copies. Oh and i heard they had a notary in every day, which is very convenient for my clients. more

This store is great. I had to ship my brother some old paintings and china that were very fragile. The service my wife and I received was far beyond our expectations. Unlike the post office, the employees here actually want to help you and I felt like they really cared about getting my packages shipped safe. I was able to track all my packages and they arrived safe. I highly recommend this store if you have any items to ship that you don't want to get broken. I will be coming back to this store for all my future shipping needs! more

This is an outstanding UPS location. I come into this UPS Store quite often with my colleagues to have documents notarized and shipped out, and I just can't say enough about how useful and professional their service is. This location has certified notaries on-site seven days a week during all business hours, not to mention computer access, copying, scanning, faxing, and anything else I might need to use for work. I use UPS frequently for shipping business documents, and out of all the UPS stores I've stopped at this store has the fastest, most professional and friendly service I've ever experienced. I highly recommend this store to you if you are a business person in the Seal Beach or Los Alamitos area. Even when I'm in other cities I will make the drive to this store for the no hassle, no stress service offered by this location. more

I've been incredibly pleased with the service that I've received at this UPS Store. The staff looks professional and is always friendly and ready to help. The store is clean and well-maintained. I'm a regular shipper so I've been to a lot of stores in the Los Alamitos / Seal Beach area, and they just don't compare. And the UPS Store offers a great variety of services, too. I was pleasantly surprised the other day when I needed to ship a package to my aunt in Iraq. Unfortunately they told me that UPS can't ship to APO/FPO boxes (military bases), but that the postal service can, and that I could have them take care of the postage and paperwork! Another service they offer is document faxing, which I take advantage of all the time. And finally, these guys offer private mailboxes too. I recently signed up for one of theirs because their prices were the best in the area. In addition, you get 24 hour access to your mailbox, the store's in a good area, and you get to use their professional looking address (for example, 12340 Seal Beach Blvd, Ste B-501). more

I make money on the side selling automotive parts on Ebay and I started using these guys because it was too hard to try and find the right boxes and materials to package on my own. I also use them for shipping, because I found their UPS rates are a lot cheaper on the large boxes I was shipping. That said, one day I got lazy and stopped by another mail and packaging place about a mile up the street from the UPS store and they wanted to charge me what sounded like a lot more than what I was getting from the guys at the UPS store. Sure enough, I found out the price for the SAME ITEM to be shipped was almost $10 cheaper at the UPS store ... I'm a customer for life!
