UPS Store

I was a normal customer of the other ups store in town and after many problems I switched my service to Fed Ex. I happened to be downtown this morning and needed copies and to overnight docs. On my way I drove down this quiet little street and to my suprise there WAS another UPS Store. I was in a hurry so I decided to check this one out....and boy am i glad that I did! This store is great!!!! Even though I live on the other side of own from it I will continue to go here. Great customer service, great store location, and no screaming baby like at the other store! :) more

This would've been the ideal UPS store (in terms of location) in Downtown Visalia. The only limiting factor at the time, in fact the deal breaker, with choosing this UPS store were the hours of operation. There are set hours established by UPS for their UPS Store Franchises to abide by. This particular (UPS Store) does not go by them. In fact, when one would need to pick up one's packages at a certain date, at a certain time, do not rely on this location. On many occasions, when I was expecting package(s), this UPS Store would be closed. On Saturdays, this store would be closed. One occasion, I was anticipating package(s) on a Friday. I drove from my place of employment, expecting the UPS Store to close at 6:30pm. I arrived there at 4:30pm; the store was already closed. UPS had already tried to come by to drop off packages, but had left a delivery attempt slip. Tried on the next day (Saturday); the store never opened on Saturday, the same attempted delivery slip still affixed to the store front. Other customers would be waiting and wondering, also. There is another UPS Store in Visalia on South Mooney. I recommend taking your business there. more
