OK, so I called them to intercept a package, which it turns out they can't do, but the lady gave me the number of the place that could help me, AND THEN.......told me exactly how ...

OK, so I called them to intercept a package, which it turns out they can't do, but the lady gave me the number of the place that could help me, AND THEN.......told me exactly how to skip over the automated ""press one if it is a tuesday...press 16 if you are pulling your hair out..."" and talk to a real human to help me. I think there is a place in heaven for people like her. more

UPS Store saved my job! 5/8/2008

I went into the store because I had to ship some medical equipment overnight. I didn't have any boxes for the equipment. I came in late in the day and they boxed my things for me. The items got there the next morning as promised. The man helping me was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place if you need something packed or shipped. It seems like they can ship anything, they had a dresser they were boxing while I was there.............. more
