ups has sent my package to the wrong country, after many days of waiting and frustration, i called the ups store on howard to check the status of my lost package (i paid ups $218 to ship it overseas), denis answered the phone and has been only rude and impolite with me, he even treated me like if i was asking for a favor, this is has really been the worst experience i've had with a shipping company. because of denis i will not use ups ever again just not to be so humiliated by a ups employee.
Pros: rude acting from ups employee
Cons: very bad experience!!!
