the employees are inexperienced and constantly changing. If you are lucky enough to have a box they lose your mail. The management will not admit to even the slightest wrongdoin...

I went to the UPS Store in Sherman Oaks today and dealt with a wonderfully kind and helpful representative by the name of Chris. I am very sick, and I was unable to tape up my box or carry, so Chris took initiative- at no charge. I wanted to pass out, so it is good they had a water system in the back:) I was also told they would print out my future labels from the internet for me, which is great because I do not have a printer, and I had to drive miles away to my Aunt's house just to use her printer. My experience was a 10 out of 10. What a wonderful store, and very clean. Keep up the great work Chris!!!! SIncerely, Kenny Prager more

Awesome Store-Friendly atmosphere!! 3/26/2010

I went into the UPS store a few weeks ago and found the staff to be helpful in helping me send my next day air package to my sister in Wisconson. It was a pleasant atmosphere and I don’t know who the manager or owner was but the staff was pleasant and quick. I was in and out and I ‘m even considering opening a mailbox there. Pros: Great customer service, Friendly atmosphere Cons: It was a little busy and i had to wait more

Avoid this business at all costs 11/19/2009

the employees are inexperienced and constantly changing. If you are lucky enough to have a box they lose your mail. The management will not admit to even the slightest wrongdoing on their part. The boxes are overpriced. Your better off getting a regular PO BOX at the local Post office. If you mention you have a problem they become rude, verbally abusive and tell you to take your business elsewhere. These people should not be trusted. Cons: Lose your mail, rude manager and owner more
