UPS Store

My UPS store on Tatum is outstanding, if something's addressed to my box, they put it in there regardless. Greenway location however gives me everyone else's mail like former box renters, businesses I do not own, even mail that belongs to other clients. Important time sensitive docs were sent to a contract employee of ours and the sender simply forgot to put our biz name. The UPS store rejected that letter, yet put in my box other crap that was not mine. One DHL envelope was misplaced by them for 2 months. These people need to realize that we are DOING BUSINESS and depend on professionalism. I also didn't appreciate the snippy attitude when I called in to ask why our mail was refused. I am not pleased & considering going elsewhere. more

The staff are exceptional. They do more in this store than I every thought they could. They print my business cards, print tri-fold brochures and flyers for me. They have the latest UPS pick up in town! I highly recommend them. Pros: Great service more
