I brought in a laptop to have shipped, they charge a flat packing fee of 29.95!!!!! For a box, tape, and packing material!! It cost 52 dollars to mail out the package! 10.00 for a book of stamps! I understand a slight surcharge but c'mon! I go to Staples now. Also they won't let you use your debit card for small purchases which violates their agreement with VISA/MC,etc. The credit companies forbid this practice.
Pros: Very clean
