Efficient and Reliable 2/22/2008

I rely on this UPS store in downtown Castro for all my shipping, UPS handling and passport services needs. I have found the service efficient, and staff cordial and the customer service prompt. They have convenient working hours and the few times i have phoned for business hours, they have been courteous. \r I go out of my way by driving past several other similar service stores to take my business here.\r \r Tip: If parking on Castro is not available, there is usually parking in the back shared parking lot. You'll walk through the lobby to Castro street, passing a nice local-owned coffee shop. \r Pros: Efficient service for shipping and passport photo needs more

They are very impolite and rude people ! 12/7/2007

\r The Asian couple that work in this UPS store are very rude people. I have noticed their weird bahavior when I had to send back an item. A freind of mine had to use their service as well. So she called to ask for directions. The wife answered the phone, and she was snoby and rude to my freind as well. I wonder why they treat customers this way???\r \r Lisa more
