The guys at the store is a jerk 5/24/2011

I went there to drop off 2 pre paid boxes and asked the black guy at the store to scan and receive my boxes. He refused to do it right away so I said I will wait. He got crazy and asked me to leave his store and said he would not take my boxes as well. I asked for a manager and he said he is the manager and started shouting. I took my boxes and left the place. I reported the incident to the local police and going to file a complaint with the better business bureau. There are plenty of other UPS stores around and I will never go to this one. more

Worst store I have never seen 7/27/2010

I came to the store yesterday for a small package about 1pound,but I forgot the authorization code that I put inside the box and I need that code to write outside of the box that I will be sent. I ask the black guy in the store to open the box for me to get the code but he said NO, he can't because It 's waste the tape. If I want to open it, I have to pay for it. And end up I have to pay $3 for the small box and $2 for his fee of pakaging my box and walked out of the store and never come back again. more
