I attempted to have a Will Notarized today (4/9/11) at the UPS STORE located at 3144 G St. Ste 125 in Merced California. The service I received was unbelievably awful. The gal working in there and assigned to doing the Notary service refused to Notarize my aunts Will. She was extremely rude to us and acted like she was God. I guess she felt that they didn't need to earn my $50.00. Never to mind however I found a very helpful and nice lady at Bilingual Tax Service located at 1744 G St. Merced. She was more than happy to fulfill my needs and provide me service.\r
***** To the gal at the UPS STORE, California State LAW doesn't require a Will to be notarized it only requires two witness to sign the Will. However, a Will can be notarized if the party chooses to do so for their own personal reasons. Notarizing a Will does not make it invalid in any way. I think you need to retake your Notary training and lose the attitude. Your boss should fire your ass. \r
