This is the worst service I have ever received. The lady was not polite and did not offer any assistance. She nickels and dimes customer for every service she provided. According to UPS corporate, the UPS stores have what is called the ""convenience fee"" clause. It basically outlines that every owner of UPS store can, to their discretion, charge customer a fee for anything they so much wish to charge. There is nothing cusotmers can do to complain to corporate. For example, using stapler would cause a customer $1.00 to staple documents. Taping a box would cost a customer $1.25 to seal the box. She may possibly charge customer $0.50 to borrow a pen. You get my point.\r

Awful....I recommend going to some other UPS place to receive better service. I know not ALL UPS stores have this follow this clause. Go ELSEWHERE for better service.
Cons: Service is poor.
