Best customer service and knowledgeable staff. I had two items I thought were going to have to go by freight and was pleasantly surprised, my two cameras valued at $35,000 & $49,000 qualified to be shipped regular UPS 2 day air. I usually have my assistant handle transporting our equipment, however she had an emergency and I was left having to make the shipping arrangements. Our cameras arrived in perfect condition and I now know I will use this UPS Store for all of my future packing and shipping needs. I highly recommend this store because the staff is knowledgeable and they answered all of my questions and concerns over shipping our cameras. Thank you Hillsboro UPS Store more

I highly recommend the UPS Store. The customer service is outstanding and the employees are knowledgeable, friendly and the store has a great feeling when you walk in. I just shipped all of my gifts and took advantage of the great discount this store offers via their website. I did not realize this Hillsboro UPS store is a privately owned store. The store owner owns more than one store and has taken the time to train her staff. I will be back and look forward to making some color calendars next week. more

I personally feel that The Hillsboro UPS Store is the best one I have ever been in. Their employees really care about your needs and making your experience as their guest a pleasant one. They are there to help you find the best shipping deals! Because they are independently owned, they have direct rates unlike those off brand postal shops that raise there fees higher. Because of this I save a lot of money so that I can put it towards sending other family members something special. Not only do they do shipping but they are really a "One Stop Shop". They provide their customers many other great services including USPS, (for those that value time and don’t want to stand in line forever at the post office) wide format printing, (great for family portraits to send as Christmas gifts) and a variety of documents services (postcards, brochures, business cards, invitations and more). When I was in school, I went there to just print off my project. They really helped me personalize it by offering a service where they bind it with a spiral and put a nice clear glossy cover on the front. The best part of all it hardly cost a thing. It was because of them my project looked very professional. The next day everyone was impressed in class that I was able to do all that at the Hillsboro UPS Store. I would recommend anyone to The Hillsboro UPS Store for any of your needs with the above I have mentioned. Thanks again guys and I will continue to be a life long customer! more

I had the opportunity to meet the new owner who has completely turned the store around. Every employee is a notary, the staff is bi-lingual and the service I received and continue to receive is outstanding. Thank you Hillsboro UPS Store for your donation to my school! The store actually helps support teachers with print jobs and I receive several free color copies, and black and white copies for a large project my class was working on. A+++ in my book more

The store was recently sold to a new owner who is absolutely RUDE and her employee's are incompetent. They overcharge.... You can save money by printing online at home using ups online and then drop off at a different location not Hillsboro cause you have to wait in an invisible line to get a receipt. Even though she makes a dollar for every item dropped off, she is extremely rude to you that you didn't use her to ship and overpay or buy a box from her. They are a complete rip off! Stay away form the UPS store in Hillsboro, take the extra time to hit the Tanasbourne one where there is a different owner and they are nice there. more
