Being in a retail business customer service should be great. At this store it's not always good. There's two dark haired girls working here, are always so rude. I go into this location on a daliy basis around 4:30pm. And when I'm dropping off my next day air letters, they always act like it's a hassle for them. By saying in a rude matter ""is that it""? Not good customer service. And the eye rolling has to stop asap. The last p/u is suppose to be @ 6:30pm. And why are you closing down the registers @ 4:30pm and your open til 7pm? Customer service class needed for some of your employees. more

Best UPS I've been to 1/18/2009

This place has great employees, very nice, helpful, and flexible. The notary stayed late to help us. They have lots of services too! copies, shipping, packing (even big stuff), printing and so on.. I am making it my neighbor mailing stop more
