My son went there to ship a computer. they packed it, then told him he could insure it only if he shipped it next day air, that was their ""policy"". He ended up paying over $160 for a shipment that should have cost $40. They flat out lied to him in order to overcharge him. The staff is dishonest and misleading at best. NEVER TRUST THEM. There are other, honest UPS shippers in the area.
