I am writing this message because we as customer should receive better service quality. The Staff was very rude, especially, the manager J, and the employee name W. Actually I called the store and confirmed my scheduled E1enrollement fingerprint service with W thirty minutes before my arrival at the store. When I got there they were neglecting me due to machine error, without further notice or instruction. After a long wait time, with my urgent request, they were very agitated, and told me just go to the other store just to have it done, because there is NOTHING they can do to help me in a very rude and unprofessional manor. It was total waste of my time. If the employees don?t like their job, I suggest they should quit. There are thousands of people without jobs who are waiting for the chance to provide good quality service, and take their job seriously.
