Shipped a surfboard from Weston to San Diego through this store. I paid through the nose to have it packed here and it was wrapped poorly. Needless to say it was damaged when i received it. I filed a claim, UPS paid the store in Weston, and I have been waiting 4 months to get my check from The UPS store in Weston. I have since escalated to contacting UPS Corporate since the manager, Florian, seems incapable of returning calls, telling the truth, or being upfront about where my claim money is. Terrible business avoid using.
