I received a fax at this store that came through unclear. It was faxed from a Kinkos out west. It had to be resent and the owner charged me for both the unusable fax and the second fax. I calmly told him that it was inappropriate to charge for a fax that was unusable and he was rude and belligerent. The cost was $9.00 for two pages and a cover!
