I have been using this UPS Store for about 18 months now, I can tell you that their customer service is bar to none. They are great people, very helpful, very prompt and they have made so many improvement no only store presentation but also on software to keep you informed whenever you have received a package. I would highly recommend anybody that needs a mail box or needs to ship packages with UPS Courier to use this store. They will be rewarded with great service. more

Store has changed ownership 9/16/2010

Please note that The UPS Store at 266 Elmwood Ave. Buffalo, NY 14222 has new ownership and a new crew. This transition occurred well over a year ago and the situation there has improved immensely. Please do not let some of these old reviews dissuade you from trying this store. Give them a try--I am sure you will be pleased. more

Money Hungry People 10/14/2009

I went to the store with my prepaid ups label, I puchase the box from them, they even charge me for using their tape to box up the item, after I packup my item, they won't let me use my prepaid ups label to ship, what's wrong with these people. they have UPS daily pickup anyway. Pros: nothing Cons: price, awful people not very helpful more

Was visiting Buffalo from Vegas and needed to ship some very important glass bottles back home. After reading the bad posts I was hesitant to use this store. But upon entering the guys greeted me warmly, couldn't do enough to help me, and assured me my glassware would arrive in Vegas safely. I just received it on the day promised, and let me tell you, it was wrapped so well and protected it would have survived a trainwreck! Thanks guys, you're the best! The monsters are gone! 2/14/2009

Thank God those awful women do not own the store anymore. Was scared to death to go in there. The new workers are excellent. Very friendly and helpful. I went in on a Saturday and they were actually open. Hopefully the old owners didn't scare away everyone, because it was a nice experience for me Pros: new workers, new hours, better service. more

Awful Customer Service From UPS Store, RUN AWAY as this shop and its re...STAY AWAY!! 10/23/2007

Let me be the first to say that I have never in my entire 47 years of life ever encountered such rudeness and inappropriate tones from a group of people in my life. The girls (befitting term to apply to wanna be ladies in disguise) perform a seemingly tag team act on their customers. I have seen little old ladies preparing to put one across their heads with an umbrella. \r \r If you value happiness and your days are determined based on chance encounters with great people, then this is not the place to even remotely waste your time. AWFUL, JUST TEARFULLY BAD SERVICE. Pros: The door to the shop opens . Cons: Awful, impersonalble service. Presentation stinks in the highest. more
