I am the owner of 8103 Clothing and have been dealing with the worst customer service from owner Pete Loftis. He has the worst attitude and curses at his customers when he get's angry. He is not a professional by any means and can't handle customers problems or issues without cursing at the customer. Because he is the worst human being I have dealt with, I have taken all my business to another UPS store so I never have to deal with the horrible attitude of owner Pete Loftis at the UPS Store in Atlantic Beach, FL. Don't recommend this location 8/22/2009

I have a PO Box account set up to receive mail from my husband in Iraq , the mail was never received that he sent, and I was charged double the going rate for a PO Box after setting up another account at a seperate location. Be careful if you visit this location. I lost mail that I can never get back, it is truly upsetting. Cons: rude customer service, and shady business more

TERRIBLE Customer Service 8/12/2008

The Worst UPS Store you could patronize in Jacksonville the OWNER PETER LOFTIS is a horrible profane man that verbally assaulted me while I came to retreive my mail. It was one of the most humiliating and terrible experiences of my life. I hope no body else has to go through what I did whith this horrible store and terrible owner .. Pros: None Cons: Terrible Customer service.. Be prepared to be insulted and treated very badly more
