Do not ship valuables. Documents are fine.
I was misled about the insurance and a brand new phone that I shipped was stolen. The seal that I had placed was removed, phone, invoice inside the box were removed and the box was neatly resealed and shipped to the destination.
They didn't respond well to my claim and couldn't resolve or give me a proper reason. UPS customer care couldn't help me out as well as they said this was a franchise and there is nothing that they could do. Will never ship with them again!
