I have never been treated so horribly by a medical facility. The doctor was rude and unprofessional. Their billing department started calling me 5 days before I ever received their invoice, wanting payment. And then their billing department continued to call me twice a day about the invoice that was not even 30 days old. When I finally spoke with someone, they were rude and unprofessional, especially Anna & Stephanie who claimed they were supervisors. Neither one of them could answer a simple question, and all they wanted to do was make excuses for the harassment. I will never go to a UMC facility again.
Pros: Office Staff in Quick Care facility were friendly
Cons: Doctor was rude & un professional, and billing department will harass you even before you receive their invoice and after they have received your payment
