Hidden fees! False charges! 10/15/2010

I rented a truck, returned it, and was charged $30 more than it should have cost. Buyer beware! I have been on the phone with 3 different people and they still cannot (or will not) fix it. I was sent to an 800 number and they tell me that they need to pass it to Customer Service. What a scam and a joke. more
