I purchased a receiver to be installed. I was planning a vacation and wanted to put a bike rack on my vehicle. Literally planned the vacation around this, was planning on leaving the next day. When I arrived to u haul for my scheduled install. I received no explanation, just hmmm we do not have it. No apology no phone call to let me know of a need to reschedule and no email. This is horrible service. This employee only made it worse. Let me first say during the pandemic many good employees have lost their jobs and are having trouble finding employment. People who have a job should be grateful. This guy is a poor example of someone who should be representing any compony. When asked why I did not get notified it was met with no response. I do not know what to say at this point. Very disappointed and let down. To make a online reservation and pay for it. To have a scheduled date and then this. What is wrong with your company?
