Don't drop off on a weekend! 8/21/2007

I rented a UHaul from a facility close to my house, and arranged for a dropoff near my apt. in Somerville. We picked up the truck on Saturday afternoon, drove to my apartment, emptied it out, and dropped it off at the facility around 9PM. Lights were off, so we left the keys in the drop box. I was just charged for two extra days, and the customer service rep who FINALLY answered my call said that i didn't drop it off until Monday afternoon! Woman claims that she was there at 9PM on Saturday, which she was not. I'm curious about how it could have been delivered on Monday, given that I left for NYC on Sunday morning and didn't get back until today, Tuesday. more
