A Total Nightmare, Stay Away! 8/5/2009

I rented here Thursday July 30, 2009. I rented for 2 days. The morning after I rented the location on Ogeechee Rd. was calling threatening me to bring their truck back or else. Or else what? I returned it and they charged me for 3 days instead of 2. It took a week for corporate Uhaul to finally call me back and refund my money. I will never use them again. If you want Uhaul the best place is the one on Abercorn. I use Penske most of the time but have to use Uhaul on occasion. I own a moving company. Please stay away from Ogeechee Rd. location, they are sorry in customer satisfaction and very rude and unprofessional. Cons: Too many to list more
