DO NOT GO HERE! Ill try to keep short. The manager GREG and regional manager ABRAHAM are horrible! If you do get to speak to them, they will always claim ignorance. There were false charges on my account and when I called to have these corrected, Greg was unavailable and then did not call back at all. It had been over 3 days. I had to call each day and apparently he is never available. When I stopped in to speak to the manager in person since no one had called back, the regional manager ABRAHAM was there and he ""did not have the passcode to access our account to make changes to billing"". He verbally stated he would not charge my card without my authorization and until this problem was fixed. No eye contact and stared at the computer the whole time..very strange and unprofessional. My card was then charged the next day for 3 different, large amounts. I called the next day when I saw the charges and Greg (after being extremely rude) said he would fix it, nothing was done. I waited over a week. I then had to call corporate to claim a billing issue/fraud. They told me that the managers would have to call me since this claim will be sent to that location and that they need to fix it.....still no call for over 4 days and no adjustments to my bank account. I called back corporate and they finally refunded the incorrect charges but then tried to charge a $40 processing fee! They took it off after I asked them to because I shouldn't have to pay to get the money back that should've never even been charged in the first place. I have always used Uhaul with no problems but now I am not so sure if I ever will again..ESPECIALLY NOT THIS LOCATION. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, MANAGEMENT UNPROFESSIONAL, FRAUDULENT CHARGES. To my fellow veterans and federal employees or anyone ever thinking of using Uhaul especially at this location..save your time, your health and your bank account!
