I live in this building and I'm here to tell you that it is NOT safe. There is a person who lives in the building who behaves inappropriately. He even does this in front of CHILDREN. The management company, UDR, cannot do anything about it because he hasn't "technically" broken a law. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MOVING HERE AT THIS TIME. It is not safe. more
