I WENT TO U SAVE DENTERISY IN FOLEY AL. I WORK AND LIVE HERE IN PENSACOLA FL. I HAD INSURANCE AND WAS TOLD I COULD SAVE MONEY BY MAKING THE TRIP TO FOLEY AL. WELL AFTER THE 15th TRIP WAS TOLD BY THE OWNER AND THE DOCTOR WITCH IS THE SAME PERSON THAT HE WOULD NOT AND REFUSED TO MAKE ME MY LOWER DENTERS THE LOWER DENTERS HURT MY GUMES I EXPLAINED THEY HURT AND I COULD NOT EAT WITH THE LOWER DENTERS AND THE WERE NOT LEVEL IN MY MOUTH. THEY NEVER TRIED THE FIRST TIME TO CENTER THE DENTERS OR LOOK AT THE DENTER IMPRESION TO SEE IF THEY WERE CENTERED OR LEVEL IN MY MOUTH. THEY GIVE YOU A MIRROW TO LOOK AT THE DENTERS WHEN THEY ARE COMPLEAT BUT WHEN YOU EXPLAIN THEIR NOT EXECIPABLE PLEASE ADAJIST THEM THEY TELL YOU YOU HAD YOUR TRY IN THEY ARE NOT NOGIBLE OR EXPERSINESD IN MAKING DENTERS NOT AT ALL A GOOD PLACE TO DO BUSSINESS WITH. I am writing this review so that maybe other people that are truly in pain and looking for a professional and reliable service will not waste their time or money on this place. I made an appointment and was told on the phone my price for the exam and x-ray as well as for the tooth to be pulled. I arrived at the office and as I was sitting in the waiting area I noticed That there were signs posted all over the office about things that they did not cover at that point I thought how unprofessional and began to question if I were in the wrong place but being in pain and on a budget as well as missing work I chose to stay. What a mistake that was because after having my exam and x-ray I was told by the dentist that he didnt want to pull my tooth because it was to much work and he didnt like alot of work. In the end I lost my money as well as time off work that I was not paid for and I was still in pain and back at square one. This place is a complete rip off so please beware more

I have had my lower plate for about 2 years. They where very fast. I had 16 teeth removed at the same time I recieved my lowers.Yes I must say that the dentist was a bit rough and tore my gums pretty bad in a few places,however it healed with no problems. And to the lady that was complaining about the use of glue, and adjustments, Its very important to leave your dentures in. your gums have to form to your dentures not the other way around, you shouldnt even think about adjustments until about a year. I never did need any adjustment to this day, I use Ezo denture pads for comfort, it gives some custion between your denture and gums to allow you to bite and chew longer without gettin sore..I am going back there in about 2 weeks to get a new lower now that my gums are where they will stay..ya just cant beat the price..If you want the comforts of a caddy dont buy a yugo,,They do a great job for the price. They depend on lots of customers in order to keep the price low, therefore they dont have the time for the bedside mannor that you expect when paying thousands of dollars to a private dentist.. more

This place seems to be providing a much needed service to the area. They are always busy which was a good sign to me. Nobody really wants to go to the dentist for anything especially dentures and teeth being pulled but they at least try to give you some pretty good pricing options. They are clear in their descriptions of their dentures. They explained that all dentures typically need to be adjusted to get a good fit and that this is a process and not an event. my husband got his dentures made here less than a month ago and we have had to go back several times each week to get them "adjusted." they only give you free adjustments for the first 30 days, no exceptions. so we really have to keep coming up here, hoping they'll finally get them right. they don't fit and they do not listen to you when you tell them the dentures don't fit. he didn't have bucked teeth when he had teeth but the dentures give him bucked teeth. we have told the dentists and the other staff that the dentures are too big, they will not stay in his mouth even with fixodent or poli-grip, or any other adhesive we've tried to use, but they just tell us we'll have to use glue, we'll have to find the right kind of glue. we have been to other dentists in the past to consult about getting dentures and any other dentist will tell you that if the dentures fit right and they're made right, you will not have to use glue. but the dentists here tell you specifically that you're just going to have to use the glue and there's nothing they can do about them not fitting. they have put two soft liners in the dentures...but they still don't fit. he can't even eat soft food without the dentures falling out of his mouth. when they put the soft liners in, or do the "adjustments" they don't even re-measure his gums or anything. i'm not sure exactly how all that works but i can't really understand how they can make the dentures fit to his mouth without measuring his gums or something. we are just going to wait until his gums have completed any shrinking, give it a few months, and go to dixie dental for an adjustment. i wouldn't pay these people for an adjustment because they don't do anything. all they do is stick the dentures back in his mouth and tell him to use glue. don't go here for dentures! i don't know how they do with teeth cleaning but don't get your teeth pulled here either. they do not have a friendly staff or bedside manner and husband said they were rough.
