On Saturday the 13th of October of 2007 we called U S Cab to be sure they would have no difficulty getting us to the airport from our rental car droppoff address at 4 in the morning Sunday. At 4:23 I called to say we wer just a few minutes away from Enterprise on 24th. They said to call back when actually there. I called at 4:33 and was told 'right away'. I called again at 5:03 and was told 'just arounf the corner'. I could not get through again until 5:18 and was told he went the wrong way and would be there almost instantly. At 5:33 an intercept said that cell phone was no longer in service. We were to have been at the airport by a certain time and didn't make it. They turned of their 'cell phone' at 5:33 or so in the am and lift us out in the cold.
Cons: They eventually turned their cell phone off after we had waited for 1 hour with constant promises.
