Airport Service 10/14/2008

We used this service to and from the Oakland Airport. When we go to the Airport my son realized he had dropped his cell phone in the van. We called the driver and he came back with my sons cell phone. I will use this service again as he was polite, and picked us up on time in both directions. And of course he was honest!\r Pros: on time and honest Cons: drove a little faster than I would have liked more

My family requested 2 cabs for 5 adults & 3 kids from the Hilton Hotel in Union Square, to go 8 blocks to a wedding at the S.F. City Hall. We hooked up with the van driver, by the hotel doorman. We were obviously scammed, as we were charged $50 for the ride while other family members were charged $6.75 for the same ride. The Hilton doorman was obviously involved, as I saw the driver hand him a big bill before he got into the van. Cons: This driver was a con artist, charging us $50 for an 8 block ride!!! more

LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE 2/10/2006

i would definitely not recommend this company because of their lack of customer service. they are rude and definitely unprofessional. i made an inquiry in december2005 and reserved a shuttle for january. then i call again in january to confirm the reservation and price and they CANCEL MY RESERVATION because they said I called them too much. UNACCEPTABLE. do NOT choose US Airporter for your shuttle needs. Pros: cheaper Cons: rude employees, seems unorganized more
