I was driving by and thought I'd check for a transmission I need. The guy up front looked it up on their computer and says they have one for $175. I ask him what's the mileage on it. He doesn't know. Can I go look? For $2. You have to pay $2 to walk into their FABULOUS hall of rust just to get basic product information that SHOULD be the first thing you see next to its part #? I could care less about the $2, but it rubs me the wrong way, so I just left. I can and will get it elsewhere. If you can't oblige your customers with crucial info on an item, or even let them go get it themselves without charging them, then have fun without them.
