We had been dealing with a few other local flooring companies , trying to get the best deal , Tyton was by far the most honest and knowledgeable. Building our new home proved to be very challenging, the one saving grace was that during this experience we discovered Tyton Interiors , all of our cabinets , flooring , Tile showers and countertops came through this business. and it was so refreshing to actually work with a business that did exactly what they said they would do , stayed within our budget, and absolutely made our home perfect. Russ Emelander and Lorna ( Interior Designer) never once seemed like they were too busy to work with us , or just listen to us. it was refreshing to be offered ""lower"" cost options and not be made to be feel guilty about it. Building a New home is not for everyone , but if you find at least one resource like this during the process , it is definitely worth it. more

Run! Go elsewhere! Russ, the owner, is completely disorganized. Doesn't show up for measurements and doesn't return calls. Jennifer, an employee, is rude and inflexible. You would think in this economy, they would have better customer service and be willing to right their wrongs, but they do not. I wouldn't recommend this company to my enemy. There are so many other carpet places that offer the same services at a good price that will actually follow through and give good service. This company probably won't be around very long. more
