Excellent service 10/1/2010

I'm writing to let you know how pleased I've been with Vivian and your staff. She's been professional, thoughful, and very responsive ever since she was assigned to the property. She's great, and I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate her work especially, and all of my interactions with Tyson staff. The regular updates and emails were all very helpful (and really well written!!). So thank you very much. more

Horrible Experience 2/20/2010

Searched for two months to find the perfect home in the perfect location. Tyson Properties managed (or so they said) the property. Cons: Did not fulfill agreement more

Terrible! 2/19/2009

Don't rent from Tyson Properties! When we had sewage problems they took forever to come by and fix the problem! Then they cited landlord tenant laws that gave them days to do repairs. We were stuck miserable for a long time. We've since moved out and rent from courteous, responsible landlords. Renting from Tyson was one year in hell. more

Do NOT Rent From Tyson Properties 5/11/2007

I have rented from this company for over a year without one late payment or any problem. Then, I use their online payment service and they take 2 payments out, instead of one. Tyson refunds me the rental payment amount, but not the service fee - 3%, which is ridiculous in itself. They refuse to refund the remainder telling me that it is my fault, not theirs. I don?t think so. These people are crooks. more

Terrible Customer Service 5/29/2006

I lived with them for one year and they are terrible. Our roof was leaking since October. it is now June they still have not fixed it. It is impossible to work with these people. When I confronted the owner he didn't even apologize he just blamed the propertey manager. They have some real issues. Pros: Nice house Cons: Terrible service, rude staff, Will not fix problems more

Beware of Tyson Properties 3/30/2006

After I moved in their attitude changed quickly. When I brought up the fact that their ad for the house was wrong she got vary snappy with me (at this point I was already moved in). Their website list the house as Air Conditioned but it has a swamp cooler. She tried to explain that it is still a form of air conditioning. She is correct, it is, but they had a a place to check swamp cooler on there website and it was not checked. They lied. Also told they would hold a check, but they cashed it before the first and overdrew my acct. They other review about them is accurate too. Now I personally deliver my check on the first. more
