Sushi, sushi and more sushi!
I wandered into Typhoon, a restaurant marketed as a fusion of Asian cuisine, with only one objectiveget to that wonderful raw fish menu.
It was a Tuesday night, and the place was packed.
Typhoon's decor is almost as flavorful and unique as its menu.
At Typhoon, you don't only get to decide on the exact dish you are in the mood for, but the genre of Asian food you are craving that evening.
Among Chinese, Thai, Japanese and Vietnamese cuisines, Typhoon has something for everyone.
I recommend the sushi. Diners can choose to either order individual Maki rolls, sushi or sashimi as an appetizer, or make sushi their whole meal with Typhoon's famous sushi boats.
This is THE place! There're many others, but Typhoon is unique. Their sushi creations are leading this up-scale restaurant to it's top!
A must eat experience.
Pros: attentive service, best for your dollars, crowded (very polite)
Cons: needs more seatings, need patio seatings, need more locations
