I wanted to take a moment and describe my personal experience at Ty-Ann Acupuncture over the course of this last year. I had a back injury from slipping on ice and had compressed and fractured two discs/vertebra. I had chiropractic adjustments for several years. They helped me get back on my feet, but I was still in massive pain.\r

Acupuncture has been around for thousands of years, and I had heard about it but had never tried it until I turned 43, better late than never. What I experienced was remarkable. After just my first treatment, I had never felt so comfortable in my own skin. I work very hard, and it was an amazing feeling, like I had set the clock back about a decade, the way I used to feel when I had much less stress in my life. I felt a much calmer, overall feeling, and am able to slow down and concentrate. One thing I did not expect is that I also sleep more soundly.\r

I usually get sick with a major illness once or twice a year and require antibiotics. This winter I only got a minor cold or two, and never missed a day of work.\r

I have struggled with allergies ever since I can remember; the acupuncture treatment for this is a must for spring. I experienced tremendous relief for my allergies and no longer need any medications for it.\r

Last major point is the increase in energy and stamina; it's remarkable what these treatments can do for you. Try this for yourself, it's amazing.\r
